A copy of the report which details the findings of the Commission of Inquiry into Higher Education and Training (The Fees Commission) that was established in terms of section 84(2) (f) of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996, chaired by Justice Jonathan Arthur HEHER, and was handed over to the President by the Fees Commission for determination and announcement.
